PBS Dependant extension with main applicant now a British Citizen

Hello there,

My wife is due to apply for the extension of her PBS Dependent visa and I have a question regarding the type of form she will be using. I am the main applicant currently with British passport after getting settled via Tier 1 Entrepreneur, 5 year route. Here are the dates:

Main Applicant:
Oct 2013 - Oct 2016: Tier 1 Ent Main applicant
Nov 2016 - Nov 2018: Tier 1 Ent Extension
May 2019 - Dec 2024: ILR
Sept 2020 - Naturalisation

Wife
Dec 2015 - May 2017: Wife came into UK on Student visa
June 2017 - Nov 2018: Switched to PBS dependant
May 2019 - May 2021: Extension of PBS dependant visa

Please, under which category will she apply and which application form does she need to complete in order not to reset her ILR qualifying period.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

She remains under the PBS route until ILR. The fact that you are British now is irrelevant

Thanks CR001. Just to get some clarity around her eligibility for ILR. Would that be June 2023 or June 2022 considering that she became a PBS dependant in June 2017?
