Hello Everyone, i am asking advice for my friend so please can you guys help.
he is non eu applied for registration in Portugal waiting for fingerprints date but before lockdown came Germany to meet his pregnant partner (not Married) and stuck in Germany from few months. baby is due an end of April.
they were meeting each other regularly sometimes she visit him. sometimes he visits her for couple of months from 2 years
Question is. can he apply for residency in German as his baby will be german?
what options are available for him as he have no status in Germany?
his partner is Italian national but living and working in Germany from 12 years. my friend is an indian.
