Covid and Travel for BRP

Post by 1tadmin » Mon Mar 08, 2021 2:15 pm

Hope you are all doing well.

During the Covid restrictions, are we allowed to travel from England to Wales and vice versa for the BRP appointment? I have an appointment at the end of this month in Wales and realised this could be a problem?

Many thanks in advance.

Biometric appointments are treated as "Essential service" and you are allowed to travel.

Thank you, I read these instructions earlier... my questions is more about travel between England and Wales as both are following their own set of rules? Or is it that if it's essential service, we can travel anywhere within the UK?

I think you are able to travel anywhere in UK. Remember some folks here on the forum, did make some long journeys.
