Yes, the full rules and eligibility for the new Graduate immigration route were published last week.

The UK Council for International Student Affairs has produced a detailed and clear guide to the Graduate route, based on the new Immigration Rules Appendix Graduate:

Hi Sah,
Even if this above students course is ending in May 2021, will she student be eligible to apply for PSW or Graduate route just because she has a valid visa until September 2021?

Where are you reading in that guide that eligibility depends on when the course ends?

Hi Sah,
I questioned just because she mentioned her course ends in May and in the article it says those who graduated from the Summer of 2021 only will be eligible. Thank you for your clarification.

You have only read the headline at the top. I advise you send her a link to it, so she can read it what it means by "summer 2021" and check for herself.

This topic is about the Graduate route, not about working on a Student visa.

But the answer is No. You can only work more than 20 hours a week in vacations, or after the formal end date of your course.
