hcilondon India vfs appointment cancellation

Hi

I've to update my appointment date, the one originally booked. After clicking the link Search/Cancellation link it takes me to here

https://www.hcilondon.gov.in/appointment_search/

it finds my application but no option to cancel an appointment.

New appointments cannot be done unless we cancel an old appointment as it check password number.

Any help please.

we had same issue re: cancelling existing appointment. only thing we can do is after 24hrs we are allowed to book another appointment (without cancelling the first one )

You need to eMail them and request a cancellation and then you are able to rebook a new one.
