Non-EEA work permit limit

Post by wise_mike » Mon Mar 22, 2021 6:40 pm

How can a non-EEA get a work permit, if he is not in the "Critical Skills Occupations List", and without "labour market needs test"?

Is there for example a minimum salary needed for that? Or how does it work?

You are asking some very random questions which are all clearly explained on the DBEI website. I suggest that you start from the DBEI website, find out what occupation you want to do and whether you have the correct permission to do it before asking these questions.

Yeah I saw that. I don’t think the OP has the true intention of applying for a real study visa back then. They are all hypothetical questions with the intention of getting past the visa requirements rather than clear questions regarding a specific work industry and/or role that the OP intends to work in.
