Advise Needed

hi,

would below affect my Wives visa application currently in process outside UK

i signed a reference for my friends Citizenship application which is refused based on he stayed in UK without visa from June 2014 to Jan 2015

so its refused based on good character- which i never knew about as i know him like for past 4 years or so.

could you advise please if i am going to be OK? i am pancking now

In general terms terms this should not constitute a problem for your wife's application.
In your attestation, for how many years did you state you have known him for?

thanks for your reply
i have just gone through the application form where my details are on- doesn't says how long i know him all it says is how you know this person is as friend

also on the reference form it says name sign and date

particularly nothing there which states how long i knew him

There should be nothing to cause an y difficulty for your wife's application.
