Help spouse get european residency when we live in different countries

Hello. I am a Danish citizen married to a Indian. I am currently living in India, but planning to go back to Denmark soon. My spouse wants to go to Spain and work. Can I help my spouse get residency in Spain when I will be living in Denmark?

No. They will have to qualify for a visa on their own.

If you were to move to Spain with them, it would be very easy to get a residence card under freedom of movement with full work rights.
