Fees for dependant extension ILR

Hi everyone,

My wife and daughter have been on Tier 2 dependant visa for 4 years 9 months. They will need to extend their visa before 14 April. I'm now on ILR, which was switched in January under the 5 years Tier 2 route.

Can anyone please clarify the fees for the application? Will it be the application fee plus 3 years of IHS for each. We only need 3 months more but could only found the less than 3 years option. When we switch to ILR next 3 months , can we have the IHS reimbursements for the remaining 2.5 years?
