Ex Masters student UK and now teacher in Dubai

Hi I wanted to ask for somone who has done Masters from UK in 2015. And now teaching Economics in Dubai to college students that is undergraduate students in New York Univeristy Dubai.

Is there any scope for them to move to UK permanently. By applying for Phd and then later finding a job or finding a job directly for teaching economics to Undergraduate students in UK.

Or there is no scope or only scope after doing Phd in UK and then staying here for teaching.

Either is possible, as long as the university or employer can sponsor them for a Student visa or Skilled worker visa respectively. Only a Skilled worker visa can lead directly to settlement, a Student visa does not.

Ofcourse she will come on a student visa for Phd.
The question is about work visa after that. Can she get work after that after Phd in Economics. And then citizenship. She did her masters from Univeristy of Oxford.
