If the child was born on or after the date of you naturalisation certificate, the child is a British citizen by descent and can not apply for a British visa (by definition, visas can only be issued to non-British citizens).

If the child has an Indian passport, you can apply for a CoE-RoA in the Indian passport to bring the child to the UK.

I will leave it to others to advise on the spousal visa.

Your child is British by descent
You can't apply for a visa for the child. You can apply for a certificate of entitlement to right of abode.

https://www.gov.uk/right-of-abode/apply ... ntitlement

Normal spouse visa under Appendix FM for your spouse provided you meet all the requirements.

Thanks for the reply.much appreciated.

I have checked the link you have sent. certificate of entitlement to right of abode can be applied if you are in Uk or British overseas territories,in my case my boy born in India and my wife is in India too since we are married.

So I think I should apply only Appendix FM Child same time I apply Appendix FM Child for my baby.

Please let me know your thoughts.thanks

You are misreading. Simply apply form overseas as the page clearly states. It does NOT state only British overseas territory, read the first part of the sentence.
Apply from outside the UK or from a British overseas territory
