ILR Priority Service Delays

ILR Priority Service Delays

Hi All,

I applied my ILR through Tier 2 Gen route on 25th Jan. I gave my biometrics on 19th Feb. I have opted for priority service which was supposed to give me result in 5 working days. I have still not gotten the decision. Are other members also facing delays in priority service?

The priority service is not a guaranteed service. If there is a delay due to unforeseen circumstances, then they probably refund the your service fees.

Just wanted to update everyone that I got my application approved after 8 working days.

No, I did not ask for a refund as mine was done through my employer. Not sure they asked or not.
