Family reunion

Hello everyone I would like to ask some help in my case I have a lost daughter in Africa and I would like to bring her here as family reunion or family settlement she's 17years old this year and will turn 18years next plz can u help with any suggestions for what I cod before she turns 18years. Where is the child's other parent?

We heard that he died in 2016 while we were here . Therefore I am her sole parent alive.

Yes I have birth certificate indicating both parents names.

And other parents death certificate?

I couldn’t get first because we were here in UK me with my other children and we weren't even partners or married before he died.
