Hi Team,

Expired passport(s)

Do I need only to scan the last expired one (which been used on the last three years), or I need to scan all my previous passports,

At the moment, I have uploaded my current valid passport (Full), and one expired passport (Full) covering from 2013 onwards, do I need to scan other passports older than that?

Thanks in advance.

Best Regards,
Ahmed

You only need passport(s) covering your qualifying period i.e. 3 years (in your case), period your application is based on.

Thank you tier1entrepreneur-AA for sharing the document list you uploaded, it was very helpful to me.

What I didn't upload: Business organisation chart, Business revenue chart, Business premises photos, Invoice samples, Director's Loan agreement
What I uploaded (on top of tier1entrepreneur-AA's list): VAT registration, employer pension letter

For business overview, I included screenshots of our websites and social media account interactions.

I submitted the form on Wednesday, and no immediate UKVCAS appointment was available. But at around 11:30, a couple of appointments on Sunday at Croydon were released (£112).

I uploaded the last file on Friday evening, when it was less than 48 hours before my appointment, but the file was successfully uploaded.

Applied for ILR (Set O) Tier 1 Accelerated: 17/03/2020
Biometric Appointment: 21/03/2020
Approval Email Received: 26/03/2020

Good luck everyone, and hope it helps!

Congratulations XiTC for your successful application.

I take it that we are more relaxed on the fourth year on our absence from the UK, as we are allowed on the first 4 years for maximum of 360 days outside the UK, and on the fifth year we allowed only for maximum 90 days outside the UK, to make it in total maximum 450 days, to be able to apply for citizenship after completing 5 years residence in the UK.

In my case, during 3.4 years, I have been outside the UK for 150 days, so my understanding is that I'm allowed to be outside the UK for max 210 days during the fourth year, and on the fifth year, I'm only allowed to be outside the UK for max 90 days, is my understanding is correct?
