Hi tintin1974,
My husband has medical issues too and we attached consultant letters(which also had a medical summary listing his conditions). I feel this should be ok. We are awaiting decision on my Set M spouse ILR application.
Best wishes with your application.

In my husbands case it was addressed to my GP but copied to my husband. Not sure if that matters. Maybe one of the mods might clarify? We receive all the letters after a consultation.
Thanks

Hi nah did you apply for exemption from life in U.K. test ? Is that why you sent in consultant letter? Iv contacted home office they said that’s only reason a letter is needed otherwise if this test is done and English test no letter is needed 😀 we have made a mistake somewhere as my wife has done both tests paul

Please note that your circumstances may be different from mine. The reason we had to attach consultant letters was to support and evidence how I also had a caring role to play due to his disabilities( one of the reasons I will not be able to leave family), so your circumstances might be entirely different .
LIUK exemption was not applicable nor sought for in my case.
Best wishes
