CCJ - Country court judgement

Post by Shreakh » Sun Apr 18, 2021 2:52 am

Hi, I have studied in the UK from 2010 to 2014 and now I wish to go back there for a post graduate. I checked my credit report and noticed there are couple of defaulted bank accounts and a CCJ filed in Nov 2015 due to unpaid debts. Can the above factors affect my visa application to get rejected?

You will need to check the General Grounds for refusing. There is a helpful summary on UKCISA's website, with links to the relevant Home Office guidance:

https://www.ukcisa.org.uk/Information-- ... quirements

If you want individual advice, this is best discussed with your Student visa sponsor.
I do not give immigration advice. I refer you to Immigration Rules, guidance, other online content and to your sponsor.
