Visiting Canada?

I want to visit my sister in Canada for short period of time and I have been granted ILR so what is the procedure to visit Canada. I am not British citizen yet so will I have to buy visa. Or can I just use my BRP and visit Canada. Thanks

You need a visa if you are a visa national that would normally require a visa to enter Canada.

Your ilr is only relevant to the UK.

ILR is a status granted under UK immigration rules. It has no recognition outside the UK :!:
