Invitation letter

Hi everyone

My husband just received his invitation letter for the ceremony and it says to contact them on the number to book his ceremony but when we called it says don't call because they will send another letter with the date, time and place and I read online that it may take upto 6 months. Is there a way I can do it faster as we need to travel in afew months
