Ukvi Surveys email still not know about citizienship application outcome

Dear all senior Members,


Today i received email from UKVI regarding survey of my recent application experience and processing time .

Is this type of email normally receive after desicion taken ?

Whats your opinion on this that application sa decided as others member already mention regarding no decision email or letter only receive ceremony invitation.

The UKVI Survey email has nothing to do with your application decision. They send this out randomly to applicants, and not all applicants receive the survey email.

Just so you know, I received this survey email 2-3 weeks before I received an approval on 31 March 2020.

I received my approval only after I enquired about this UKVI survey email, and was sent approval letter in post within 4 days after I enquired (dated same day enquiry was sent). Sometimes the decision email is not pushed through. These surveys are normally meant to be sent after a decision is made.
