Hi. I am on a tier 2 work visa in UK. A sibling wants to come to UK for work as uber driver. Does uber provide a work visa? Which visa can they come on here? Is there any other way? TIA

There isn't a visa an Uber driver will qualify for by a sponsor.

Not sure that driving a car qualifies for a *Skilled* Worker visa.
