PBS Dependent to Skilled Worker Visa - Document Cheklist

Hello,

I'm switching my visa type from PBS Dependent to Skilled Worker and below are the documents I've to submit,

Mandatory Documents:
a) The passport issued by India
b) The biometric residence permit

Other documents
c) NARIC letter that confirms the qualification meets or exceeds the recognised standard of a Bachelor's or
Masters degree or PhD in the UK
d) Confirmation from UK NARIC that your degree was taught in English
UK Visas & Immigration
e) Certificate of qualification proving English language requirement

I've got both (c) and (d) letters from NARIC but I didn't understand (e)
Can anybody confirm on this document (e)

Is this my Bachelor degree certificate that I used to prove my english language requirement in NARIC ?
