Thanks for helping me guys,

Does the land registry title deed and mortgage statement (if you own your own home) have to be certified?
No
firestar786 wrote:

must my bank statement show the first mortgage payment taken from my bank account, or is this not necessary?
Attach other essential documents
firestar786 wrote:

Also, is it necessary to provide a gas/elec bill or otherwise?
Not mandatory but council tax bill usually fortify the accomodation related documents

I have just bought a home and would apply for my spouse visa as soon as I get my mortgage statement and land registry so other bills might not be available straight away(?)
No issue

Finally, I do not think my employer has headed paper as such, if they dont, providing it has all the correct information does the headed paper matter that much?

Thanks
Then get it stamped & signed.

Hi,

I want to provide 12 months payslips in my application which I'm making within a month.

I do not have my P60 as I been with the company 14 months now.

Which category is it and I was planning on having them signed/stamped/dated by my manager (who is the most senior person in the company)

Also, with bank statements - do they need to be full statements or just relevant transactions i.e wages coming on + mortgage.
instead of having every single one of my transactions i.e mcdonalds/kfc/bills blah balh.

Thank you.

1. CAT B if you want to provide payslips to cover 12 months periods.
2. Full bank statements showing income has been paid.

Thanks again for helping me guys.

I know apparently the process is:

1. I do the online application online which I aim to be the 2nd February.
2. Somehow I need to a) book a biometrics appointment in Pakistan and b) self scan my documents.
^ How do I book this appointment for my wife and also how do I self scan my documents? I am assuming I would get a link or so to do this after my online application?
3. When I self upload my documents which I am assuming would be however long after my online application, they must be within 28 days of being uploaded. For example - if I upload on the 15th March, then the documents have to be within 28 days of that date.
4. Then finally, biometrics and all my documents have been uploaded - now I just sit and wait.

Also, because I own my own home, I do not need to provide a housing or property inspection report.

In this case I would provide a) land registry document (within 28 days), mortgage statement (within 28 days, only 2 payments made on there just bought house) and a gas and electricity bill in my name. Council tax not received yet as its a new house. My bank statements would also show payments made to my mortage provider.

Finally, I am using 12 months bank statements and does it need to categorically show every single transaction I have made OR as long as it shows my income coming in + mortgage payment this is sufficient?

Thanks.

Also, it seems a lot of people from Pakistan are struggling with biometric appointments.

So my plan is, to apply approx 3rd Feb.
I would then wait for my wife to attend her biometrics and then upload the documents.

However, if she found a biometrics appointment in March, the documents need to be 28 days in date, so after biometrics I can upload docs as long as they are 28 days within date?

OR

can I upload my documents immediately after i do the online application, but if my wifes biometrics appointment is in march would they still be accepted?

Thanks.

The 28 days validity for supporting documents applies to the date of application, which is the date you submit and pay online. It is not the date you upload or attend biomterics. Your documents must be dated on or before the date you apply online.

You must upload before the biomterics appointment.

Correct ...the link you get is for self uploadingof supporting documents. Self scanning is for you to do by getting your documents ready for the self upload through a scanning machine to the correct file size and acceptable format

Thanks for helping me guys.

A question on the online application is:

What do they earn? (you get 4 options)

my answer is: "The same amount continuously, above the financial requirement amount"

Now, due to my role I get both a basic salary and then a commission.

My basic salary is significantly greater than 18.6k. My payslips do vary but it is always above 18.6K.

My plan was to provide 6 months payslips / bank statements but is it worth it to do 12 anyway?(been with company 14 months)

Thanks

Tick first option and provide 6 months payslips, add a cover letter that you are applying under CAT A as long as you have been employed for 6 months.

Hi thank you again guys.

I have received my employers letter but it doesnt include 'payslips are genuine etc etc'

My manager has signed each payslip, written his name and his role.

Is this enough or is it worth going back to them to add 'payslips are genuine etc etc'

You decide if it's worth it going back to get letter amended especially when stated as requirement.
However, with what you have you can still get successful outcome.

Thank you for helping me.

My final part of my application is land registry documents. My house is a new build but I have the bills, mortgage statement etc but no land registry because it isnt registered yet.

Can I get the solicitor to write a letter or completion statement or something else?
I do not want the land registry issue to hold me back.

Thank you.

You can submit these. If any of the bills you've mentioned is a council tax bill, include it.

Hi.
hopefully the visa will be approved for my wife.

However.

her TB test expires on the 13th of may and its probably June/July/August she will arrive.

Will she need to do the TB test again? because its not our fault its been delayed.

Thanks

No, she does not need to do a new TB test when coming to UK as the important or relevant bit is that the test should be valid on the day of making application.
However, she will still need to have the original TB certificate at hand when she is landing in UK as will be checked by IO at PoE....that it is expired does not matter.

So, they made a decision on the 25th April which is a Sunday.
Today is the 28th a Wednesday. Im just wondering how long it generally takes to get the passport email and collection thing?

Also, because Pakistan is on the red list, how do we extend the 3 month vignette? Dont really want her quarantining by herself.

Thanks
