Can I apply for a Tier 1 visa for a THIRD TERM?

Can I apply for a Tier 1 visa for a THIRD TERM?

Hey,

I am not going to meet the 4 years, 11 month criteria to apply for ILR at the end of my second Tier 1 visa. Is is possilble to apply for a Tier 1 visa for a third term, and then I will meet the 4 years, 11 month criteria?

Help will be appreciated!!
