Post Study Work Visa Query

Hi,
Could a International student apply for 2nd PSW or Graduate visa after completing another masters course from the UK?
Eg: Did a MBA for the academic year 2021-2022 and got PSW for 2 years from 2022-2024. Could he or she apply for another course and are they still eligible for PSW or Graduate visa?

No, but I thought you were applying for ILR anyway? Where does the Graduate route come into it?

To clarify, the only types of immigration permission that prevent you from applying under the Graduate route are previous Graduate route permission and the Doctorate Extension Scheme.

Someone who previously had permission under Tier 1 Post Study Work, which was abolished in 2012, can apply under the Graduate route.

This is why calling the new Graduate route "PSW" will cause confusion.

Would appreciate if you look at my previous reply and then comment as the question was can the person apply again for Graduate scheme / PSW and my response remains the same.

The Graduate route and the Post Study Work route are two different routes. Having previously held permission under the Graduate route, as in OP's example, does indeed prevent you from applying under the Graduate route again. However, having held permission under the Post Study Work route does not.
