Application submitted: 20th April 2021
Identity confirmed: 20th April
Application received: 20th April
Docs posted: 20th April
Docs received: 22nd April (Royal Mail recorded delivery tracking showed physical delivery on 21st April)
Application approved: 30th April
Passport printed and sent: 30th April (at 9.59pm!)
Passport received: 5th May (1st-3rd May was a Bank Holiday weekend)

Still waiting for my docs to be returned but this was a very swift and painless service both by HMPO Bootle and by TNT :D

It was insanely fast. From the moment I started the application to today when I received the passport, it was only 13 days (with one bank holiday weekend in between).

Excellent service from HMPO and now let's see when the documents arrive.
