FLR m decision at same time for spouse and dependants??

Hi,

It might be that I am just getting pedantic here but can some one please confirm if spouse and dependants child under FLR m visa get decision at same time or not?

Actually my spouse received their decision on the mail and also received BRP but my child didn't receive a BRP. I was expecting them to arrive at the same time but only one BRP came.

Should I be worried and is there a way I can find out about the status of my child's visa?

The text on the email states is as per below. Not sure whether it means it is granted for both or only one. Should I expect another mail for my child?

On XXXXXX you submitted an application for limited leave to remain
as a partner with your dependant child. I am writing to inform you that you have
been granted a period of 30 months limited leave to remain under paragraph D-
LTRP1.1. of Appendix FM to the Immigration Rules as we are satisfied that you
meet the requirements of paragraphs R-LTRP.1.1 (a), (b) and (c) of these
Rules. You may be eligible to apply for settlement after completing at least 5
years under this route.

The above message shows the application for your partner and the dependent child was approved. If the BRP for the child hasn't arrived then report it If your BRP has not arrived

You no need to worry just call BRP AND YOU CAN GET BRP IN FEW DAYS ..

Did you recieved any covid 19 dealy e-mail before you got this above e-mail ??

Please how do you deal with your undelivered BRP for your dependant? My daughter own was delivered but mine wasn't (mother) and I guess deliberately HO doesn't want to send cards at ones.

I didn't even get any email of approval at all, the daughter card was issued on 20th of April 2021

Click the link above to report your BRP if they have not arrived but allow more time since your daughter BRP card was printed recently so give them a week to see if there's any changes.

Please can you share the list of documents you submitted for your partner and your child FLM
. I'm about to apply for partner and son next week.

Who, to be honest when you click submit automatically the system will generate the list of the documents that you will need to. That is what I worked on but if you are not married then you do not have to worried about marriage cert as the 2 years living together and the child proofs will be enough to belief your relationship.
