Naturalisation eligibility

Post by Iman84 » Wed May 12, 2021 8:37 pm

Hi,

A has got her recently got her British passport. B is A’s husband and holds ILR since Jan 2021. He’s got ILR through long stay but not through spouse visa.
Can B apply for apply for naturalisation since he is married to a British citizen? Or he has to wait until Jan 2022 when one year of holding ILRis over?

Thanks 🙏🏼

B can apply now as long all other AN requirements are met.
