ILR biometric card missing

ILR biometric card missing

Hi All, My wife ILR was approved on 6th of May but no dispatch email from HO yet, called TNT amd they said there are no delivery for our address. I know the approval emails says allow 10 days but people getting approved after us already received their biometrics, shall I be worried?

You must wait for 14 days. Applicants have reported much longer delays for BRP arrival these days :!:

Shall I report it as missing if not received with the advised time period of 10 days?
