ILR Application SET(O)- Single name query

Hi,

I am doing Indefinite Leave to Remain application after completing 5 years on Tier 2 General Visa. I have a single Legal name(only Given name and no surname on my passport), so can you please let me know how I can enter my name in the application form.
I see the option of 'I do not have a given name and a family name' which allows me to just enter a single name and continue but I am not sure if that is correct or not.
