Wife travelling alone first time

Post by marshal8732 » Tue May 18, 2021 10:26 am

Hi

My wife recently got her spouse visa from Pakistan due to the current situation she will be traveling alone to meet me here in the UK. Is there any concern for her to travel alone for the first time?

Or are there any documents she needs to have on her besides the passport when she arrives at the immigration desk in the UK?

Or are there any documents she needs to have on her besides the passport when she arrives at the immigration desk in the UK? It is important that she has the TB certificate at hand to be presented at the immigration desk at UK border.

In my understanding, one can't book hotel him or herself . Only uk authorities can accommodate the traveller from red list country at the cost of 1750 pound .

Hi
From what I have looked you have to book the hotel yourself and pay and then provide the invoice number on the passenger locater form.
