Minor mistake in Application before Submission - After Declaration

Hi Experts

My cousin has filled his Skilled worker application from Outside the UK. He mistakenly went past Declaration stage and now realised hes made some mistake. He cant go back now to edit. And he cant move ahead with the mistake

Whats the options now ? Can he just literally abandon this application and start a new one since he hasnt yet paid IHS and hasnt actually submitted ?

Or any other option ?

Mistakes in travel history. Quite some mistakes in dates and some travel details missing altogether.
