English Test for ILR if already passed English test for Tier 2?

Hello all, I am currently on a Tier 2 general and in the process of applying for an ILR. When I had applied for Tier 2 General 5 years ago I had written an english language test (B1 approved). My question is that do I need to pass this test again for my application for ILR or is it not required.
