ILR

Hi,
I got ILR last year, I have 3 dependents,

1- My daughter born in uk she got British passport after my ILR.
2- My wife she is on Tier 1 entrepreneur dependent but her ILR due now (5 years)
3-My son was born abroad, he on Tier 1 entrepreneur dependent visa but his ILR due now, he is Autistic & 6 years old, I been advised that I can apply his Citizenship with my Naturalisation application on Discretionary Base but when my wife get ILR.

Can I eligible for the Housing, DLA, Carer allowance, child tax credit for my Autistic child (Tier 1 dependent?

For new claimants, Universal Credit has replaced the welfare benefits called Housing Benefit and Tax Credit.
