Wrong work date given in IHS and submitted application

Post by mohankumarmkce » Sun May 30, 2021 12:09 am

Hi I have got my ILR through tire 2 general route and I am extending visa for my wife as PBS dependent. While paying IHS I have given work start and end date as given in my COS which is 11th June 2018 to 10th June 2021 and I paid for IHS on 30th May 2021. I realised this after making payment and submitted application. Can someone please advise if this will be a problem and should I correct this? and also I have paid for 4 years instead of three years :(. Would it be possible to get IHS refund if VISA application is successful?

If when asked in your wife's application she has given the correct start/end dates of your last CoS what exactly do you think is the problem?

Her extension will be for 3 years. Did the application form generate 4 years IHS?

For IHS refunds see https://www.gov.uk/government/publicati ... nt-process
