Tier 4 - Dependent VISA No work No Business

Hello all,

I hope you are safe and doing well.

My wife is currently in the UK doing her PHD, I just received my passport, currently living outside the UK, the visa was successful but it is stating a remark that "No work No Business No Public Funds".

As a dependent of a PHD student, I am aware that I have the full rights to work in UK.

Please can any one help me what to do ?

Did anyone face such issue ?
