Less than 6 months to expire passport: Is it possible to board flight to UK with India Passport & COE-ROA

hi folks,

Situation:
Parent holding valid British Passport.

And child holding third country passport (India) & COE-ROA . Child's passport might be having less than 6 months validity at the time of boarding.

Will it be possible to board the direct flight to UK(on popular carriers like BA/Virgin)?
If the passport is having less than 6 months validity?

Esentially, does airlines bar child having less than 6 months valid passport?
We're sure that with CoE-RoA there wouldn't be any issue at actual UK border.

I checked https://www.traveldoc.aero/ & it didn't give any indication on less 6 months passort validity for UK destination

Please advise
