Spouse Visa, for CSEP holder

Post by rajashahidaly » Tue May 25, 2021 3:32 am

Hi everyone
Sorry if this has been discussed already.
I wanted to know if they are accepting spouse visa these days as if COVID-19 restrictions are lifted a bit ?
I am CSEP holder, with stamp 4 and my wife is a non EU, who requires visa to enter Ireland.
And is it the long term D visa she will have to apply ? One last thing how much time does it require for this particular visa type?

Kind regards

CSEP spouse visas have been accepted since quite a while ago.
Please follow the visa application page which will guide her to select the correct visa type. It is the Type D visa but the website should give you more detailed subtypes.
Check with your embassy to see if they publish visa processing time. They are either on the embassy website or you can contact them by phone/email.
