What visa would my mum (German) need to move to the UK?

Hi all.

I am a German / British dual citizen. My mum has recently been ill and I would like her to move to the UK to live near me and my family. She has no support system in Germand, and doesn't work so this would be no issue.

What visa should she be applying for, post brexit?

Perhaps she may apply as a Dependent parent under the EU Settlement scheme?
