Many thanks for your reply. I have started filling the form now and it is asking about ( which visa is main applicant applying for or been granted) as I have always been granted ILR it is not showing ILR but give me following options about tier 2 general , skilled worker visa, etc .

I was on tier 2 for 5 years but now have ILR so what am I suppose to select in my wife ILR application ?

Tier 2G for the main applicant. It is the route via you got your ILR.

Sorry one other thing what does leave granted on or after 11 January 2018

(Does the period of stay on which this application was based include any leave granted since 11 Jan 2018 ?

If I select yes it asks if my wife has any absence from UK during leave granted as we did travel to india together

May I ask what do I need to select as I don't understand this question ?

It means and is asking if she has a visa extension t at was granted/approved in or after 12 January 2018. If yes, then you need to list all absences from the date of this extension.

Okay so her visa was extended in November 2019, so does this means I only need to show her absences after November 2019 and not when she came first time in uk April 2016

Sorry CR001 it may sound stupid to ask but one other question which is puzzling is that it is asking have you previously lived in a country outside UK including country of birth, as my wife didn't live in any other country except her country of birth so am I suppose to be adding country of birth and time from birth till she came first time to uk ?

Hello everyone, I am filling form of my wife she has a degree in medicine from India and has got UK Naric certificate. May someone please confirm if I am selecting the below correct options:

1) do you have degree that was taught in English (yes)

2) country of degree (india)

3) does your degree meet English test requirement for visa ( Am I supposed to be selecting no here)

If I select no it then takes me to next question which is have you passed an approved english language test what am I supposed to be selecting here as she has got approved UK Naric letter.

If I select yes it says if your speaking and listening skills at a level equivalent to CEFR B1 and higher.

Her certificate shows that that level if english language for above certificate is considered ti meet the requirments of CEFR level C1

I will be really grateful if someone can please help with above questions so that I can submit and pay the online application today

How is she meting the English requirement? Degree and naric or has she done a test? It is not clear from your post.

She did a degree in India, the degree was then sent to UK Naric and they have now issued certificate, so she will be using UK Naric certificates

Yes to the degree meeting English requirement as you have it naric assessed.

Then it is no to the English test question

Sorry slightly confuse. Am I suppose to be selecting following:

options:

1) do you have degree that was taught in English (yes)

2) country of degree (india)

3) does your degree meet English test requirement for visa (yes ) because she has NARIC certificate

4) it is now asking what will you use to prove degree taught in english
Degree or transcript
But I will be using Naric certificate?

You have to submit the degree and the naric assessment.

If you say no to the meeting the English requirement for the degree, it will still ask for naric anyway.

Thanks all clear I will select yes to question 3 , then selected degree in question 4 and when I upload documents i will upload both degree and Naric certificate.

In terms of consent form we have part 1 , 2 and three.

As my wife and daughter is applying. I believe part 1 is to be signed by my wife, part 2 to be signed by both of us or just me as we have a joined bank account and also my individual salary account and they are my dependent, who then needs to sign part 3?

Also do we have to sign same for my daughter too.
