ILR Absence Letter

Hi,

I have 2 years in my entire 5 years with absence greater than 30 days of allocated leave from employer.

Year 1 : 67 Days (Holiday + Work Trip)
Year 4 : 80 Dayas (Holiday + Covid Remote Work from India)

Kindly advice on the content needed for the letter.
