Documents for new OCI application for minor born in UK

Hi,

Can someone help me out with the list of documents I need to submit for my kid's OCI application please. He is 2 years old born in UK and holds a UK passport. As I was already on ILR when he was born, he is British by birth.

As per the pdf at https://www.hcilondon.gov.in/docs/16052 ... 112020.pdf the documents needed for his OCI are:

- Current UK Passport
- Marriage Certificate (not applicable in this case I guess)
- Proof of employment (not applicable in this case)
- Address Proof (not sure what I can use in this category, as there is no document in his name yet)
- Copy of appointment letter
- UK Birth Certificate
- Indian passport copy of both parents
- 2 photos


Is there something I am missing?

Will VFS return all the documents during submission or are they going to keep any of them?
