Return of original passport citizenship application

I received the call from citizenship department on 15th June that they are posting my original passport back and I should get it tomorrow or day after tomorrow in the post but its now Friday and i still didn't get the post.
Where I need to contact them because maybe its lost in the post.

If any one can help please.

Email them, but it’s more likely for the letter to be delayed rather than going missing. They don’t always post things out right away. It will be put into a batch and may not get posted until a few days later.

Based on INIS’s efficiency, I’d say you should wait for at least a week before claiming it’s lost. Even if it’s lost, An Post won’t start investigating the issue until 2 weeks have lapsed.

Hi, can you tell me how long you've been waiting for your passport since you've made the application?

I applied on 13 April and got the call from department on 15th June that they posting it but still I didn't get anything.

I sent them email but no response I don't know what heppen to my passport very worried because I need go travel important.

Any advice or anyone came across with same situation?

There's not really much you can do, other than repeatedly sending emails to them. Just make sure you put the email in all capitals and clearly flag it as urgent (e.g. ***URGENT***)
