Newborn BRP process

Dear Team,
I am a tier2 general dependent from 2017Oct onwards. We both hold Indian passport. We got a baby on June 2ND 2020 born in the UK. Due to covid, process were very late and we got his Indian passport last week only. He does not have visa/BRP.
Could I ask, what should be our next step to get BRP for my son.

Apply for a pbs dependent visa.
