Payment refused - Child dependent visa

Hi all,

I am trying to pay for my child's dependent visa application from India.

I have tried all my Indian bank debits cards and UK debit card (Lloyds) but the payment is kept on declining and I get the attached message. Spoke to my bank in India and the UK and there are no issues with the available funds but not sure why this is happening.

I also changed the browser (Chrome, Edge) but no magic yet.

Does anyone get this problem? Any advice is much appreciated. Thank you.

Hi, Please inform the bank that you are making a transaction for greater than 1000GBP (i believe it is higher amount).

Redo the transaction once they confirm.

It would be good to know how you made payments, as i am applying for my child dependent soon hope you don’t mind sharing ur experience.
