Indefinite Leave to Remain

Good day.

I am currently working as a full time nurse and now planning to change employer that is offering me a permanent part time of 22 hours. Would that change of working hours affect the application of ILR in the future? Is there any hours to achieve in the application of ILR? Thank you.

Useful to state what visa category you hold as different visa routes have different rules!

Okay.Im on Health and Care Visa, part of Tier 2 General (leave to remain).

You cannot work part time on a sponsored visa. 22 hours is part time. The minim hours you are required to work is 30.

You have to apply for a new visa to change employers too and get a new cos.
