Family permit after June 2021

Hi, I am Irish and married to an Austrian. I have just taken a job in the UK which would start in September. While I gather Irish people require no visas, my Austrian husband would need one. We have both lived and worked in the UK previously, although not in the last 6 years or so. All the online info refers to EEA and Settlement visas for those who were in UK at end of December 2020. Anyone know which category of visa we would need to apply for?
