We're now at the final stage. My wife's application has been approved and we're trying to make the payment online. However, there is a problem on the 'Applicant Details' page. We're from Northern Ireland so we don't have an IRP or GNIB number. Those cards are not used in the north. However, this 'Applicant Details' page won't let us proceed to the next page until we put something in the 4.1 and 4.2 boxes, even though we've stated our address to be in Northern Ireland.
We've contacted INIS at the address on the letter they sent us and by their regular address, and no one has replied about this. It's a time-sensitive issue, that they have told us needs to be finalized by the end of June.
I've contacted citizenshipinfo... citizenshiponline@justice.ie, inispagemaster@justice.ie, and burghquayoffice@justice.ie. No replies to this issue.
Does anyone on this forum know anything that can help, please? We've been waiting over 3 years for this and we just want it to be over... at last!!
