Side project with Stamp 1

i have a question about stamp 1 critical skills work permit and side projects. i have a full time job with an irish employer and pay PAYE tax

in addition to that i was thinking about starting a youtube channel or accepting some projects on freelancer.com. these side projects will give me additional income and i will pay the tax separatly.

my question is: would these side projects cause any issues or violate stamp 1 rules? note that the employer in not irish and i think this is foreign income.

Not 100% sure but I think if you are on critical skills permit stamp 1 you need permission from the minister if you are registering a business in Ireland. Youtube and other online incomes may be ok as long as you pay tax on these.
