Tier2 extension

Hi everyone
I have received my ILR (through tier 2 visa )
My husband has tier 2 dependent visa which will expire in August
Can we extent his visa for tier 2 dependent again ? Or change a visa type?
Do I need to work for same company in order for him to extend his visa?
I greatly appreciate your help

Tier 2 does not exist anymore. He can extend under the Skilled Worker dependent route. Your work status is not relevant to his visa

Hi guys

In skill work visa ( dependent )
There is a section ask ,is Mrs xxxxx eligible for health and care visa ?
I am pharmacist and I got my ILR through tier 2 visa now I’m extending my husband visa for another 3 years ,
Is this question yes or no ?
