T2 Gen Dep to T2 ICT NHS refund

Hi All.

I got my T2 General Dependent Visa on 2021 April but due to Covid restrictions I was unable to Travel to UK. Now my employer is processing UK ICT visa as they are not ready to send me on my own visa as per company policy. So if my ICT is processing whether the already paid NHS for my unused T2 Dep. visa can be claimed .

The T2 Dep visa was done with the help of a consultancy so if the amount is auto credited back them it will go to that consultancy account and I wont be notified that.

Please help me
